We have 14-day return policy counting from the day the parcel was received.

How long does shipping take for online orders?

The delivery time depends on the location. It takes 24-48 hours to dispatch the package, and 3 business days on average within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU to deliver it.

How do you guarantee that your products are authentic?

We purchase the stock directly from the brands and we have the necessary documentation for it. Each product comes in its original packaging with the original tags attached.

Where are your warehouses located?

We proudly operate multiple warehouses around the globe, including locations in Sweden (Jönköping and Stockholm), Italy (Milan, Giuseppe, Beati, Genova, Florence, Modena), Australia (Sydney), Germany (Salzburg), and the USA (Florida and Minnesota).

What happens if a parcel gets stopped at customs?

We provide all the necessary documentation for customs, however, customs fees, if there are any, should be paid by the final customer receiving the goods.

How often do you receive new arrivals?

We receive weekly new updates on the inventory with roughly 300-400 products that are uploaded on our website. We work towards new partnerships with the most popular brands.
